Is it normal for the invincible state on the Hermes to not activate if it is brought into battle with a reinforcement order? I tried using it in a campaign when my aura died and the invincible state did not activate.

Well here is something else that has happened since everyone or most everyone lost their mail. All the replays in campaigns are now gone as well so something has happened in the game to have caused alot of things to disappear.
This has never happened before. I have been playing this way for years and have always used my mail as extra storage and the timer has always started at 6 days and counts down and when the timer reaches 0 or one day left I use those mails so I don't lose them or I use them up if an event is activ

Since it appears that it is almost always the same players cheating with alts in HOF everytime it is active maybe your techs will consider banning all accts even the mains of the guys that are cheating even if they are not matching their mains with their alts. We know the names of the main acct

In my experience so far with these higher lvl campaigns the red devil unit is a very important unit to have to help get through these higher lvl campaigns where gold units are worthless. Your techs can obviously control when and where the special abilities of trade in units and flash sale units
Maybe I missed it somewhere but it would have been nice to have it say in the description on the cruel test battle item that it would not work in campaigns so I would not have wasted gold buying a couple only to find out they don't work in campaigns
