Thanks for fixing my troop with the stuck "At war" status.
In regards to the lost General Points, I have not used any GP for several weeks or longer.
I did notice at about the same time that two 3 star generals unexpectably appeared in my list of generals. These were of no value to me, so I sold them. These canot explain the 13,000 GP that disappeared since 3 star generals are priced at 40 GP each.
At the same time I found a Max troop added to my list of troops. I already had 2 of these and I did not buy the third one.
And to add to the mystery, today I received three "Today's Special Offer" emails for buying 10,000,000 MR, apparently for 49 gold each. I did not buy them. These three emails are time stamped 23/8/2020 with two being at 5:34:27 and the other at 5:34:48. I would like to get back the lost 147 gold. I have left these emails in my incoming email.
I am curious if you have checked my logs. What do they show?
Note that I am the only person using this account. I have never given access to anyone else.

Any update as to when the event units with the manual skill bugs that were reported several days ago will be addressed. Your statement of "we can and fix them" indicates you were already aware of the issue and just had not had a chance to correct them but have a solution. Thanks.
Your game is so screwed up. My infantry goes in a completely different direction than what I tell it to on the fierce confrontation campaign #15 pre war and once again as I increase my buff the enemy gets stronger and the AI starts using more skills. You guys need to do some serious maintenance on this game

could not you film for us video material where we can see it. In most cases, this problem is caused by garbage cookies / cache.

Regarding the message above, we have already discussed this with you, what you write is not reality, as evidenced by the players who have higher levels than yours (small example).
yeah maybe I can try to record it happening again whenever I feel like spending gold on enough campaign chances to build up a 650% blessing so that my units can do enough freaking damage to kill the npc before rounds run out. Freaking nuts that I have a 657 mil rating an still need that kind of blessing to kill the npc in time. Yes I have tried using every battle item and skill that you can use that somewhat works in a campaign and still I need that kind of blessing. I lost one 100% roar just trying to build up a big enough blessing to get through a campaign on top of having to deal with only having 4 usable units because my fifth one was getting stuck and could not be used.

Dear user, are you aware that you are not at the highest level in the game? That there are players who have gone through all this long ago, which means there are no problems with companies.On the contrary, with each new version in the game, we try to make the old companies easier.
well once again you keep telling me that and you keep saying that what happens in campaigns is a random thing and sometimes a campaign can be hard and other times it can be easier. Let me just remind you that I always start out with a 260% - 280% blessing and on my first try I will usually get to the last 1 or 2 npc before I run out of rounds. I generally increase my blessing 20% at a time because you tell me that campaigns are always changing and I am telling you again that once I hit a 300% blessing everything in the campaign changes. Everything becomes harder to kill the hit rate of the npc increases dramatically and it never goes back to like it was when I tried with a 280% blessing. I hit 300% and I can't even get halfway through the npc till I start hitting 400 and 500% blessing and again this is increasing my blessing 20% at a time so obviously there is a problem if I can almost do a campaign at 280% but then have to go clear to 660% to get through it. I also know that you talked a good game about having your techs make an acct like mine and try a campaign but you never did it. As I keep telling you it makes no sense to be able to almost clear a campaign with a 280% blessing and then have to go clear to 600% just clear the campaign when I almost did it at 280%. You have yet to explain to me how at 280% I can get to the last npc then I increase to 300% blessing and I can't even clear half of the npc and in all that time of increasing the blessing the campaign never gets as easy as it was at 280%. I also never claimed to be the highest or strongest player here but I also know that guys with weaker units than mine using the same skills I use don't have this problem so something is not right.
And for the record none of my other accts seem to have this issue when the blessing reaches 300% in a campaign just this JosuaPark acct. One of my other accts is a lvl 206 and I never have to go over 400% to clear a campaign but then it does not have any gold units that have special abilities. They are just normal gold units. It almost seems as if there is a glitch in the game code that does not go well with gold units that have special abilities since this problem with needing huge blessings never started happening until I started running the apocalypse arty and bayon assault tank in my lineup.

Every time we test companies with just such units (gold units with special skills) and no problems arise.
As I answered you earlier, if there was a problem with the company, then all the players would have a problem, not just you.

Right now it is the lvl 230-235 sweeping party room #4. Last night I spent an hour building my blessing all the way up to 1146% and could not even get halfway through it because of how the AI was constantly using the Iron wall skill every other round and the NPC would kill my oracle in one shot eventhough I had the fort skill on it. With an 1146% blessing I should not even have to use the fort skill on my oracle. The 3 previous rooms I did I went through them with a 700% blessing and then hit room 4 and it was just stupid hard. Started out with a 700% blessing and got down to the last 3 npc and round ran out of rounds. Took my blessing to 800% and could not even kill 3 NPC before rounds ran out and it just got worse as I kept increasing my blessing. It is a little hard to use skills and battle items to kill the NPC when you can't even keep your infantry unit alive and jam the npc so that you can use skills to kill them
instances for level 260 and 262 rewards should be a lot more.the experience and rp should be a lot more.
If you really want to hide one, 810% kamp still did not succeed, because units heal almost all the time. I don't know any bad units. Also kamps often managed with 30%, but 810% and still nothing. No way, that's it for me. Has issued extra for testing almost 800 gold. but that is too much of a good thing.

I already know that the higher the level, the harder it is. But 810%, WTF. At 810% I tried a lot of strategies, and I also watched the videos of others. If you fail at 810%, you eventually lose interest in the game, and I've been playing the game for a long time. Also check for bugs, because healing the NPC is often too much. I spent 792 gold on kamps from de, Flash. I'm not waiting for 810% to do the kamp in 5 rounds, but at 810% you can expect it to be easier. Often I don't do it anymore, then I have to stop, even though I like this game very much.
no silver bp in sweeping party, the armored gun is for gold equipment, Im level 238 and can do all instances

You need the instance with BP without the prefix [A].These are different outfits, only there is no image in the instances of Sweeping Party, so the image is confused with another painting. In order to collect the silver G 240 equipment set, visit the instances I wrote about above.
you guys need to do some serious maintenance on this game. I have to refresh every 2 billion damage points to the world boss because it will disappear each time I get to 2 billion damage points and refreshing is the only way to get it to reappear. Then I have to do a battle in arena or somewhere else in the game before entering the world boss fight again to get my unit skills to work and now most of the time when I reenter the world boss fight I can only use 2 skills before it tells me my strategy points are used up eventhough the bar shows I still have over half my points still available. You can't seriously expect me to want to spend money on this game if you are not going to keep up with the maintenance.

Check the availability of: officer, medal, unit upgrade improvement parameters, and so on. Any minor change can result in such a loss in overall points.
